A sophisticated twist inspired by the iconic Thin Mint Girl Scout cookie, featuring Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka.
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz espresso
.5 oz Baileys vanilla mint
.5 oz creme de mint
a squeeze of chocolate
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add: Waterman Spirits Organic Vodka, espresso, Baileys vanilla mint, creme de mint, and a squeeze of chocolate.
Shake until chilled; strain & serve in a martini glass.
