DEHYDRATED LEMON COCKTAIL GARNISH

Whether you're looking to enhance the zesty aroma of your drink or simply add a beautiful garnish, these citrus wheels are your go-to for a sophisticated, artisanal touch.

  1. Start by slicing lemons evenly into rounds, aiming for a thickness between ⅛ to ¼-inch, which typically yields about 8 slices per lemon, depending on their size.

  2. Arrange the slices on a metal cooling rack placed over a baking sheet, or use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Set your oven to its lowest temperature (around 170ºF/77ºC for most ovens) and bake the lemon slices for 4 to 5 hours, or until they are completely dried.

  4. To ensure even drying, rotate the baking sheets every hour or two.

  5. Once done, store the dehydrated slices in an airtight container, preferably a beautiful glass container to display on your home bar!


Note: Switch it up with different citrus fruits! Grapefruit and lime also make for a gorgeous dehydrated garnish!
